Do any of you travelers know where in Italy my daughter may be able to buy gluten-free bread? She is staying in Florence for 10 weeks but can't find any gluten-free bread in the markets. We heard celiac disease was common among Italians, so I find it strange there is no outlet for the bread we can buy in the states.
