My husband has just recently been diagnosed with Celiac Disease. We were a bit surprised, as he shows few of the symptoms, mostly aches and pains in his joints. I am not allergic to gluten, and am continuing with my regular diet. My dilemma is that my husband in the cook in our house. Can he still handle such things as bread without eating it? Will...
