Can.i ask , if I'm not to have yeast extract unless it says its gluten free why is it not shown.in bold on ingredients list as an allergen? I've just made a sandwich with cooked tikka chicken only to find it contains yeast extract, I always look for allergies in bold before I buy so didnt notice this ? It's very confusing for me as not been diagnosed long...
