I booked a business lunch (having eaten well there before) and ticked the “gluten free” box on the online booking page. Got there to be told that they were refusing to feed me as I was coeliac. Made to feel like I was a carrier of bubonic plague not a sufferer of a disease most restaurants are happy to cope with.
