I have seen a previous article regarding this topic but I was looking into the ingredients list on the back and it listed "yeast extract", plus the first article was from 2006. The product doesn't say specifically "gluten-free" but most of the ingredients look okay, so i want to make sure this is safe. Just wondering! Thank you!
