Although I feel better knowing that a gluten - free diet does cause withdrawal symptoms (I'm on my 11th day and also avoding dairy, eggs, soy and tomato) I still feel very overwhelmed and depressed. Does anyone have the problem of weight gain and swelling all over and when you're better it's like you're body is a different person again? I also have nausea...
