Hi all... Has anyone here had problems with salad dressing even though they appear to be gluten free? What about white vinegar? Everything I read says this is ok but I swear I got sick after eating a baked potato w/ salsa on it...the only thing I can think of is that it is the vinegar. And I think this would explain my issue with the salad dressings...

Hi all, I am new to all of this and need a little help. I thought I saw maltodextrin(sp?) on an USAFE to eat list. It is listed as an ingrediant in the Kraft fat free 1000 island dressing I have so I thought I couldn't eat it. But then after reading some of the posts on this board I have noticed this dressing is on the SAFE list. Can anyone clear this...

The ranges given on the report I am reading are as follows, respective of the order in the original post. My levels do seem very low! Not even close to being in the middle. Does that mean anything....my doc just said my tests came back fine.... 0-4 0-9 0-10 0-9
