  2. Hang in there, it does seem very overwhelming! If the problem is indeed foods, it is easier to modify your diet as there are a limited number of formulas.   4. I know, it's a problem. We've been helped by Dr. Lyon, in the Luverne, MN, clinic. It's a Sanford system clinic. Dr. Lyon has family members with celiac.
