The only puffins cereals that are gluten free are the honey rice. The others contain oats. Wheat free products can contain oats, rye and barley. These contain gluten. ANy drinks made with malt. Mikes hard lemonade is an example.

If she has celiacs she won't out grow it. My second dd had symptoms from 2 weeks old but it took us until she was 2.5 to figure out that she had celiacs disease. She is now 8 and still extremely sensitive. The smallest amount can set her off.
