QUESTION I have read that I shouldn't trust things that say Modified Food Starch? and then some are listed as modified food starch (no capital letters). Can anyone explain what I should avoid??? Thanks! Krista

I go to CNU and there are tons of restaurants on Jefferson. Most corporate chains (unos, carrabbas, cheeseburger, fridays) I was just diagnosed 2 weeks ago with celiac disease. Being a college student on the go and in class most of the day, its going to be SO difficult! -
