I have had celiac disease for a decade now. I got “glutened”/cross contaminated tonight at dinner and have been sick ever since. I know I’ll recover from this but it ruined my evening. Now I am just looking for recommendations as I don’t know what is best to do tomorrow & going forward (other than avoiding gluten) when I eventually feel better. I supp...
