I take B Complex vitamins as suggested by my doctor. I've only been gluten free for about four months, so I'm still adjusting. I took a look at my bottle of vitamins and it says they contain wheat! Do you guys know of any good B Complex vitamin out there that is gluten free? Thank you!!!
