I didn't really have the usual symptoms either. I heard that the proteins containing gluten in distilled vinegar are removed in the distilling process. Is that correct? Can celiacs safely consume products with distilled vinegar in them? -

Corn tortillas are ok usually but be careful of homemade tortillas or real mexican corn tortillas. Many mexican women put in some wheat flour to make them taste better. -

I totally get a red nose. It comes and goes. Sometimes it gets red right next to my nose too. I haven't figured out what triggers it.
