  1. I've been gluten-free for three years, and my (british) GP has just told me my IgA anti TTG is positive at low level, suggesting my celiac disease 'is not fully under control'. I am strictly gluten-free, but I do share a house with a gluten eater. I'm asymptomatic. What level should my TTG be at? Is there a number below which it should be thought...
  2. I recently bought a cuisinart waffle maker, and I've really been enjoying gluten-free waffles. The only thing is they are coming out slightly doughy, and not totally cooked through in the middle. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
