I am going to Iraq for the second time. I was there in 2004 with the Arkansas Army National Guard. I will be returning in January of 2008. I have been on a Gluten free diet since Jan of 2005. I am in the Army and so far I have been very lucky. I have been able to control my diet being here in the States. My concern right now is dealing with it while preparing to go back to Iraq. Any advise would be very helpful. Kelly W. Collier (niceguy)
