  1. Hi everyone, I'm new to this and am having trouble finding snacks that are gluten free and also easy to carry in my back pack. I'm looking for high protein, high fiber snacks that don't require tupperware. I used to eat Luna bars and those have upwards of 13 grams of protein, are tasty and have lots of fiber.
