I am traveling to Aruba as well and placed a post on the message board on aruba.com I did not get much feedback, was pretty much told to just call ahead and let them know of your needs. I don't think they sell any gluten free bread anywhere, but not sure. Aruba is great, have fun!!!!!!!!!
