What should I do? My doctor is refusing to preform the blood tests for celiac disease. I have many of the symptoms (no time to list them) and my dad, grandpa, uncle and multiple cousins have celiac. Help? My mom is telling me not to start the diet before I get tested, but if i'm not going to be tested, I can't last with the symptoms anymore. Advice?

sometimes it feels like underneath my skin itches and i can't scratch it to relieve the itch. grrrrr. could celiac have anything to do with it?

for the past few days i have been peeing like every two hours. and it's not like i have been drinking more than usual also. is this a symptom? -

I had to not eat for 12 hours or more because i had to take a blood sugar test for diabetes. -
My father, grandfather, an uncle, an aunt, and three cousins with celiac. I took the test last year, and and at the same time I had a blood test in which I had to fast. The results came back negative, but I have many symptoms. I was wondering if fasting for 12-15 hours would alter the results? Thanks.
