I wanted to add a comment even though I'm late to the game. I was diagnosed with IC first and celiac later. The celiac diagnosis is new, so I'm still healing, but I think my body was not absorbing zinc, magnesium, or B vitamins which ultimately lead to a histamine intolerance, which lead to intense bladder pain.
