I am traveling to Aruba in August and wanted any info on positive/negative experiences at restaurants and the availability of gluten free staples (pasta, bread, etc) in either supermarkets or health food stores. We will have a kitchenette to cook in but also wanted opinions on bringing my own pots or will washing pots, utensils limit any chance of contamination...
