    Hi Pinky, First of all I think you should do your best to cook the foods that you want using gluten free items, therefore you don't feel like you are being deprived. Second of all when you are around foods that you get tempted with, WALK AWAY( at least until you are strong enough to resist). Don't lead yourself into temptation...
