  1. Have you tried evaporated goat milk? I'm severly lactose intolerent and can't handle a speck of milk, but I do drink and use goat milk. The molecules are smaller so it's easier to digest!   3. I'll be visiting Denver at the end of the month to look at the university. Does anyone know of some good, gluten-free restaurants? I know there's Chipolte, PF Changs, Outback, Chili's, and healthfood stores of every type, but I wanted some othere suggestions. I've researched a bit online, but I wanted personal feedback. Thanks!
  4. Is there anything I can do to "speed" up the process of getting better from being glutenated? I had some brown rice pasta the other night and turns out the salt I used had gluten it in.
