Looking to visit Portland soon...I am a 1.5 year Celiac Sprue rookie and still fighting labels (I live in Germany). I can't wait until they standardize what FOOD STARCH really is. So, back to the subject. I have Celiac, and my son has Chrone's. We would like to stay downtown and enjoy the sights and sounds. Any Gluten Free suggestions? billy.keen...
