I have had to become a strict vegan in the USA and will not eat ANY preservatives. I did not see you list anything about eatine organic. I must eat completely organic I react to pesticides on fruits and vegetables etc. I also use organic shampoos, makeup, lotions. I will even have reactions to dish soaps as they leave residues on my plates etc. I joke... -

Hi there, Although I have not been to Berlin I have been in Munich and in Austria. Although my m-i-l did some preshopping for me I did just fine. My favorite gluten-free pre-made bread (schar) is from Germany. I was there on a two week vacation and ate out constantly!!!! I had no problems was never glutened and found more gluten-free foods for at home... -
How dare they! I am self diagnosed at 22. If I only had a dime for every doctor that said it's all in your head or offered me prozac. I kept saying I'm sick nrot ctazy, nobody listened. Don't be afraid to be insistent and don't ever forget yrou are a payring customer. Drea

Honey, I understand and relate. They make a thing called toaster bags. I've never used them but have heard of them. Great for when you have to use a dirty toaster. I think the others are right though. Pots and utensils are cross contaminated buy and keep your own seperate. Label them with a sharpie in big unmistakeable letters . Drea
