  1. A well meaning friend made me a meal she assured me was gluten free, and then after I ate most of it, told me she remembered that she did use a little wheat flour for the recipe and apologized. I ended up throwing the rest away and learned my lesson. That's why I say "accidental ingestion", but I felt normal and didn't suffer any nausea, stomachaches, etc...
  2. The normal range says under 15 normal and above 15 is positive. I guess since looking back through my records and how I'm asymptomatic, I wanted to go get a second opinion.
