Hi. I was diagnosed with celiacs about 5 years ago and have done the diet on and off for that time. I have been gluten-free for about a year straight now, and although I do feel better, things are not perfect. I am 21 and spent the last year eating dorm food which was always scary-you never know what exactly is in anything that is not already packaged...

hey there! I am 21 and in college far away from my family. My friends are pretty much all I have and it is very very difficult. Out of 4 roommates, I am the only one who has to deal with this and I think it is hard for other people to understand because frankly I don't want to understand sometimes. I don't want to think that I can't go to this restaurant...
