hello, i am new to this forum to. i have had all kinds of problems most of my life, as for not going to the bathroom i have tried just about everything and what works for me is miralax. you canget it over the counter now , although i have a prescription from my doctor. i mix it in with my hot coffee every morning and it works great for me and thats a mircle...
