  1. No, you do not have to go back onto gluten to get tested. If you trully have celiac then you have damage to your intestine and unfortunatly that does not heal over night.   4. Help! I am new to celiac and am gluten free now for about 4 weeks.. However I am packing on the pounds like crazy! I do not feel like I am eating high fat items.. Is this normal?? What can I do to get my metabolizm working again?? Thanks!!
