    I have somewhat of an idea of what i'm doing. so i have to talk to the chef of the cafe area and i have to figure out if they can customize the meal plan for me. But other than that i don't what else. The rooms are small, so where am i going to keep food? where can i store stuff, cook stuff, HELP! any advice? please?

    Has anyone found tortillas that they liked? I miss soft tortillas, the recipe i have is okay but it is hard. it's only good for quesedillas. I would like to make Apple Enchaladas but i need soft tortillas for it Any tips would be greatly appreciated

    I just bought some and they had gluten free towards the bottom of the container, i never noticed before and i just read the ingredients for stuff i can't have.

    I have had a crappy week. On sunday i started getting terrible headaches and migraines that would not go away. My migraine medicine wouldn't help. went to doctor and he prescribed compazene and tylenol with codeine and they didn't help. went to ER next day and they did a CT and a spinal tap which were both fine.     I sure know what you mean. I don't know anyone with celiac. A girl i talk to says her aunt and aunt's friend has it but i don't know them. It is definately frusterating. I went to a ROCK funderaser thing and all i saw were little kids and elderly. There were absolutely no teens. I'm like come on i can't be the only teen in MN with Celiac!!!!

    Yeah i do live at home I have food for me but it doesn't bother me that they have those foods, like pizzas and cookies, because i have those also. But i have problems smelling strong smelling foods like cookies browies, pizzas, etc. So when they have those foods, i can't go anywhere to get away from the smell. then i get sick to my stomach so it...

    I seem to get sick a lot easier these days. I am wondering since i am on the gluten-free diet maybe i am not getting all the proteins and nutrients i need. Any advice? Is there something i can get to help boost my immunity?
