Im with ya I was on a gluten free diet for about 2 years when I finally found a doctor I thought was listening. lol. My test came back negative as the protiens from what I understand go back into the normal range after being on the diet, hence the false results. My white count was high too. I can say I will never eat gluten again. gl frank -
thanks for the insight on the soy, confused. I was never that big on dairy products and have been light with the soy milk, famous last words, I've been doing well so far. LOL

I agree w/ the milk cheese etc. Im trying the soy milk as per this diet by blood type i was looking into. It made alot of difference beyond the gluten free. Hope that helps

Just last week I did. Actually it was only about 2 years ago I started remembering having dreams but anyway. The only part of the dream I had that I remembered was taking 2 bites out of this roll, and the woman who I had dated six years prior said something and I woke up. I didn't sleep the rest of the night because it was like the ultimate freakin nightmare...
