  1. If you doctor told you to go gluten free right away then I would check with them about waiting to start while waiting for the biopsy. My GI told me to do it immediatly even though my biopsy is not for another 3 or 4 weeks. I called them to double check and they said yes go gluten-free immediatly. Probably to do with how sick I am but I would double check...

  3. Thank you so much for the responses. From these and reading other threads on this board I have learned a ton. I think I was making it more difficult than it is. I noticed while shopping yesterday that a ton of Walmart brand stuff has gluten free on the label. From looking at everything I think I should be able to buy my regular stuff with a few substitutions...
