I am a first time participant and came upon this site searching for information on soy allergy or intolerance. I also need to know about the difference between an allergy or being intolerant. My symptoms are severe cramping and vomiting sometimes in excess of 24 -48 hours. I have never been tested for allergies just been told to avoid foods with soy...
