OK, so what in the heck are you ALLOWED to eat. It sounds like you've eliminated everything. A person's gotta eat something. I'm asking because I KNOW I'm lactose intolerant, I have IBS and now I think I'm glutose intolerant. I'm beginning to get very upset that I may not ever be able to eat again!!
