Thanks for all your feedback! One thing that makes the recovery hard for me is once I gave in to the temptation, the cravings return for all the bad stuff...it really is a vicious cycle. It is so weird how something so bad for my body, mind, and soul can be so attractive to me at times...that I'm willing to sacrifice my well being for a stupid peice of bread...

I admit it...I willingly ate a bowl of cereal in a moment of weakness, last night, and I am now suffering the consequences. Tomorrow will be worse I'm sure...Can anyone provide me any tips that work for them to alleviate the symptoms that occur after consuming gluten? I know that avoiding wheat is the only way to avoid the consequences, but like an alcoholic...
