Hi everyone, Have been off gluten for about a year now, with a bit of a summer relapse (boy, did I feel like crap!), but only now taking it really seriously. Hi all - I seem to be reacting to beef... It's even naturally raised beef, grain fed, without antibiotics... I had it last night and today for lunch and both times - foggy head, fatigue, headache. Anybody else have this?? ~ Lauren

I looked at the ingredients on my fave tea (black tea) and there was nothing listed but tea. Does that mean there's no gluten in it or is it sometimes not mentioned or does this depend on the labelling laws (like I said, I'm in Canada,... -
