Finally, i found someone with the same situation !! How long have you been eliminating these foods out of your diet ?? It has only been two weeks for me. Wow, it is hard to create good dishes !! Slowly learning. Do you approx. know how long the gut takes to heal or start healing? I am also taking these mixed powder drinks ( from my dr.) and other suppliments...

Hi does anyone have leaky gut syndrome due to celiacs or food allergies ?? I just found out i am allergic to cow's milk, eggs, soy and cain sugar. I may even be gluten intollerent but deffinately not allergic to wheat. Doing an elimimation diet just to make sure. Can anyone relate ?? Thx !

Hello ! Just found out i have allergies to milk, eggs, soy and cain sugar. Not to wheat though ! My allergist said there's no need to do celiacs testing if i have no allergy to wheat. Does that sound right ? I am back to eliminating wheat as well as the other foods, just in case and plan to bring it back if i feel better in a couple of weeks. My dr.says...

Hello. Question? If drugs, suppliments, ect... aren't labled for gluten, how do you find out if they are ? Can you call your local pharmacy to find out? I am so tempted to start going gluten free ( the day after Thanksgiving, of course ?) and to cancel or postpone my dr. appt. I really don't know.
