My daughter diagnosed with Celiac a month ago checked with the pharmacist to find out about the medications she is taking. The pharmacist did not really know what celiac is, and had no idea about the medications and their ingredients. She was very frustrated. Any suggestions? -

I heard that if turkey has the broth or basting juices in it, it could contain gluten. Is this true do I have to be careful about what brand or type of turkey I buy? What about chicken or chicken breasts. Please help! Thanks. -

My daughter was diagnosed 2 weeks ago, and I really want my college-age son to get tested. I am going to insist, but I am really sort of afraid of the results. He will not want to take care of himself the way my daughter does. It is hard with him living so far away. -
We are traveling for the first time since my daughter's diagnosis. Are there any "safe" restaurants in the Dallas area?
