I have a jar of xanthan gum powder from a friend's pantry when she was cleaning it out. It is NOT in the sealed, original package, but in a glass jar and hand-labeled. If anyone is in Placerville, CA, and wants to pick it up, it is available. Free, of course. blessings, Greta
