I have had a KitchenAid Classic mixer for about 14 years. Unfortunately, it died the day before Thanksgiving. I just ordered the KitchenAid Professional mixer to replace it. My husband was diagnosed gluten intolerant just under 2 years ago. That was when my mixer started giving me problems. I believe it is due to the length of time the gluten-free doughs...
