I've always wondered if it causes contamination to bake, on separate cookie sheets, gluten free fries and at the same time, in the oven, Texas garlic bread. These are just examples of gluten free and gluten containing foods. The question is: is it bad to have them in the oven at the same time?

Thanks alot for the tips. He currently eats alot of PJ on rice cakes which he enjoys but would probably enjoy Shelton's turkey sticks, cans of Vienna sausage, corn chips with canned refried beans and/or Nacho Chreese dip. -
We are planning a trip to visit my sister in Louisiana next month. Since we are driving, we'll be on the road for 2 days. Can anyone give me new ideas of safe meat to carry along for him. He doesn't complain, but if I were he, I'd be tired of salmon and tuna. Once we get there, I can fix anything, it's just keeping it fresh on the road that I need more...
