Hi - figured I would ask the cooks out there.... I have been recently diagnosed (5 weeks gluten free)... I am wondering if it is still ok for me to bake regular christmas cookies with my kids.... I am not worried about being tempted to lick batter, eat cookies, etc... I was never into cookies/cakes anyway -- so that is not the problem.... I am worried about...
