  1. oh ok, so the majority of weight loss is a good thing (i.e. loss of excess fluid/bloating, etc). i was under the impression that people lost weight because they weren't eating as much, and that the weight loss was a negative thing. thanks for clearing that up.
  2. i don't see how this happens. i see people saying it alot. i'm a pretty serious weightlifter, and after i went off gluten, i just ate other foods. i'm just curious. thanks
  3. is cytpsport's cytogainer gluten free? i've been using it and i can't decide if the abdominal discomfort feels sucralose or gluten related. thanks.
