I too will add another vote for Tinkyada (brown rice) noodles. I have also searched for less expensive alternatives and found that cornstarch noodles work better than plain white rice noodles (found in most Asian markets but on more and more grocery shelves in the Oriental section). Seems the cornstarch noodles take on the flavors better whereas plain rice... -

I am on Actonel 35 mg once a week plus 1500 mg calcium daily (Oscal brand without maltodextrin!). I may have noticed some stool looseness and feel the need of urgency occasionally - never thought of it as a reaction to Actonel. It is manageable so haven't given it much thought. Like you, figure it is just my body's reaction to the new diet regimen since January...

Remember the communion wafer is just a symbol and shouldn't be viewed as anything as special as the Pope/church would like you to believe! Communion does not bring you any closer to God, He knows and sees our hearts! I bring my own wafer-substitute for communion at my church. Only God sees and knows what is going on and I know He understands! PTL.
