    Hi I thought I had read somewhere (now I can not find it) that it can take 160 days when you first go gluten free to clear the gluten out of your body. Does anyone know anything about this or where to find this info?

    If you know you have Celiac you need to avoid it at all costs, even traces don't seem to make you sick, the damage on your intestine is crazy, and since you already had severe damage, pretty much emidiete.     Did any of you also suffer like chronic fatigue? I have one better day do some house cleaning and the next day feel terrible sometimes for days after feel terrible? Just wondering if the gluten can do alot of this. I also have alot of muscle pain.
