    That's the exact reason that I started e-mailing companies in the first place. I came to this site searching for help with this horribly itchy rash that I had and people suggested that I look at my bath products...sure enough there was wheat in it.     Personally, I recommend Quinoa pasta. I've tried Corn, rice, and something else that I can't remember at the moment...and they all had an odd taste to them. The Quinoa pasta is great, makes me forget that they aren't semolina. Just had to throw in my 2 cents. love, Fil

    I've used garbanzo bean flour in a handful of recipes. Mostly mixed with other flours to make breads...and they're pretty good. Nothing like those store bought breads.
