Thank you so much for all your help. I know that the first trimester is so important and I've read so many horror stories about gluten and miscarriages that I think I just made myself paranoid. Sometimes I think all the information on the internet is more hurtful than helpful!! That plus all the hormonal changes right now just freaked me out. Thanks again...

Hi, I am 9 weeks pregnant and I accidentally had gluten today. I am wondering if any of you have done this and have gone on to have a normal pregnancy. I've already had 2 ultrasounds with a healthy heartbeat and growing baby. I just hope I didn't mess anything up by not paying attention to my food.
