Well, we went and I successfully ate out. So if any of you are ever in the Richmond area try White Spot. From what I understand they are throughout British Columbia and Alberta. They worked with me very well and I had an enjoyable experience. Most important, I was able to enjoy the rest of my day without being sick.

My hubby, son and I have to go to the Richmond area this weekend (we live in Washington), and I'm not sure where to eat. I really only have to worry about 1 meal. The only restaurants I'm familiar with are Earl's and Fogg N' Suds, and I'm not sure if they have anything I can eat. The last time I went to either was before going gluten-free. Any help will...

Ok, I'm new to all of this. I've been looking through the posts trying to get an idea of products, etc. The only gluten-free items I've tried so far are the gluten-free flour and gluten-free pancake mix from Bob's Red Mill.
