My 5 year old son has severe food allergies...anaphylaxis to Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Eggs an shellfish. He has never had a problem with wheat. He had a time where over 2 weeks( in September) had severe cramping, diarrhea, and throwing up. Upon keeping track of his diet we thought the source was wheat. Kept him on wheat and had some initial tests... IgA...
