I don't know about the Abuelos in Plano, but I am going to the one in Lewisville, TX tonight for a non-profit benefit and called up the manager between lunch and dinner (I don't like calling when restaurants are at their busiest). I add freshly ground cinnamon to the coffee grinds when grinding my coffee. It makes a wonderful flavored coffee! I honestly think pre flavored coffees are nasty, so it works for me -

I just went to the Texas Roadhouse in Denton, TX tonight and the manager, James did in fact inform me that they have done away with the gluten free menu b/c of the liability.
