I've been on a gluten-free diet for some 10 years, with the occasional (non gluten-free) beer, sauces, cakes and the like and I would like to get tested for celiac disease. I know that I have to be on a regular gluten diet to do so, but I would like to know how long should I pursue this regular diet so that my body has enough "information" to reveal something...
